QuickFox recommends that you carefully read the entire content of this agreement, especially the terms in bold that are (possibly) materially related to your rights and interests (including the relevant terms of QuickFox's responsibilities, your rights, dispute resolution methods, and jurisdiction, etc.), please read carefully. If you think that the bolded terms in this agreement may damage some or all of your rights or interests, please read it carefully again, and continue to use the QuickFox super VIP service on the premise of ensuring that you have understood and accepted the bolded terms.
If you do not agree with any or all of the terms of this agreement, please do not proceed to the next step or use the QuickFox super VIP service in the form of confirmation (including but not limited to payment behavior/accepting gifts, or completing the entire process of becoming a member without raising any objections to this agreement to QuickFox during the process, or using the super VIP service). When you proceed to the next step in the form of confirmation or use the QuickFox super VIP service, it means that you have reached an agreement with QuickFox, and you voluntarily accept this agreement and abide by all the agreements under this agreement.
QuickFox has the right to change the content of this agreement. Once the content of this agreement changes, QuickFox will notify you on the corresponding page, on the site or in other reasonable ways. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with the changed content, you can choose to stop using the Super VIP service. If you continue to use the Super VIP service, it is deemed that you have agreed to all the changes. The updated agreement will take effect from the date of updating the first text.
If you are a minor, please read and decide whether to agree to this agreement under the supervision and guidance of your guardian.
1. Service Description
1. [QuickFox Super VIP] refers to a natural person who has completed all the procedures of becoming a member and, under the premise of abiding by this agreement, enjoys the super VIP service provided by QuickFox within the validity period of the membership.
2. [QuickFox Super VIP Service] is an exclusive membership benefit provided by QuickFox to you. Please refer to Section 4 of this agreement for specific benefits.
3. 【QuickFox Super VIP Service Agreement】 is a supplementary agreement to "QuickFox Service Agreement" and "QuickFox Privacy Policy", which is an integral part of it and has the same legal effect as it; if there is any conflict between this agreement and the aforementioned agreement, this agreement shall prevail.
4. 【QuickFox Super VIP Service Rules】 refers to the agreements, announcements, page descriptions, notices, FAQs and other content related to the Super VIP service that QuickFox has released or will publish in the QuickFox Super VIP Center from time to time. The aforementioned content will come into effect once it is published, and all constitute an integral part of this agreement.
2. Using the service
1. Service Acquisition
1.1 The QuickFox super VIP service is a paid service, and you can purchase it by paying the corresponding service fee; at the same time, you can also obtain the service through marketing activities, accepting gift cards and other ways approved by QuickFox.
1.2 When you obtain the QuickFox super VIP service, you shall abide by the laws and regulations and this agreement, and not infringe the legal rights of third parties or QuickFox. You may not obtain Super VIP service by yourself (or assist others) through the following methods:
(1) For commercial or other non-personal use purposes;
(2) Through robot software, spider software, crawler software and other automatic programs, scripts, software, etc.;
(3) Transferring, donating, borrowing, renting, selling, and assigning Super VIP services without the permission of QuickFox;
(4) By improper means or in a way that violates the principle of good faith (such as exploiting rule loopholes, exploiting system loopholes, abusing membership status, black industry, speculation, etc.);
(5) By utilizing or destroying the rules of QuickFox super VIP service.
QuickFox hereby declares: Any sale or transfer of QuickFox super VIP qualifications without the express authorization of QuickFox is illegal sale or transfer, and QuickFox has the right to pursue its legal responsibility.
2. Basic principles of service use
2.1 In the process of using QuickFox super VIP service, you should abide by laws, regulations and other normative documents, including but not limited to "Law of the People's Republic of China on Conservation of State Secrets", "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Computer Information System Security", "Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software", "Regulations on the Administration of Internet Electronic Bulletin Services", "Network Security Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Information Network Communication", etc.; you should abide by public order, respect social morality, do not endanger network security, and do not use the network to engage in activities that endanger national security, honor and interests, and incite subversion of state power , overthrowing the socialist system, instigating secession, undermining national unity, promoting terrorism, extremism, ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, disseminating violence, obscene and pornographic information, fabricating and disseminating false information to disrupt economic and social order, and infringing on others' reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights, and other legitimate rights and interests. In any case, once QuickFox reasonably believes that you have the above-mentioned behavior, it can terminate the QuickFox super VIP service to you at any time without prior notice.
2.2 QuickFox grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, revocable, limited-term license to use the QuickFox Super VIP service. That is: you can only use the Super VIP service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Changes to service content
QuickFox has the right to make partial or total changes to the content of super VIP services (including but not limited to super VIP rights and interests, charging standards, and charging methods) according to changes in laws, regulations and policies, requirements of copyright owners, and changes in its own operating strategies. Regarding the aforementioned changes, QuickFox will publish them through corresponding service pages, in-site notifications or other reasonable means, and they will take effect on the date of publication. After the release, your continued operations (including but not limited to clicking to agree, or continuing to purchase, or completing payment, or using super VIP services, etc.) are deemed to have accepted the aforementioned changes.
3. Your account
1. Account acquisition
During the validity period of your super VIP service, the QuickFox account that you enjoy super VIP rights and interests is your QuickFox super VIP account (that is, the QuickFox account bound to your super VIP service, hereinafter also referred to as "super account" or "member account").
At the same time, QuickFox hereby kindly reminds you that you should use your member account under the premise of complying with the QuickFox account usage rules. QuickFox recommends that you refer to the "QuickFox Service Agreement" and related sub-agreements, various announcements, page descriptions and normative processes, FAQs, etc. to obtain more information about account usage rules.
2. Login
Unless you purchase the QuickFox super VIP service in the tourist mode (see Section 3, Article 8 for specific instructions), the QuickFox super VIP service requires you to log in to your QuickFox super VIP account to use it.
3. Account management and security
3.1 You shall be responsible for properly and correctly keeping, using and maintaining your super VIP account and password, and take necessary and effective confidentiality measures for your account and password. You shall be solely responsible for any loss, disclosure, tampering, theft, and other losses caused by improper storage, use, and maintenance that are not caused by QuickFox's legal fault.
3.2 If you find that someone has used your account without authorization or there are other abnormalities in your account that make it impossible to log in normally, you need to follow the account recovery process officially announced by QuickFox to recover your account. During the retrieval process, QuickFox may ask you to provide corresponding information and/or proof materials. Please ensure that the content you provide is true and valid, otherwise it may fail the verification of QuickFox and result in retrieval failure.
3.3 In order to protect account security and prevent account theft, QuickFox may from time to time or regularly use one or more methods to verify the user identity of the account user (such as SMS verification, email verification, etc.).
3.4 Please pay special attention, The actions under your super VIP account are regarded as your own actions, and you are responsible for the activities that occur under your super account or through this account.
4. Information inquiry
You can check your account details for free by logging into the QuickFox Super VIP Center, including the opened super VIP service content, service period, consumption records, etc.
5. Login restrictions
5.1 The QuickFox super VIP account can be used on mobile phones, Pads, computers, and the corresponding web pages of the above-mentioned terminals. The specific applicable device terminals are subject to the actual provision of QuickFox.
5.2 In order for you to use the QuickFox super VIP service smoothly, QuickFox hereby recommends that you can check and manage the device terminal login status of your super VIP account in the product.
6. Independent account
Your super account can only be used by you for non-commercial purposes. Unless QuickFox agrees, membership benefits cannot be transferred, migrated, transferred, gifted, sold, rented, or shared between different accounts, even if the aforementioned different accounts are owned by the same person. QuickFox hereby kindly reminds you that you should pay attention to the distinction when purchasing/participating in membership services to avoid unnecessary losses.
7. Ownership of rights
The QuickFox super VIP account, the super VIP service under the super VIP account, virtual products (commodities) and related products and/or services are owned by QuickFox or authorized to use, and you only have the limited right to use the aforementioned products and/or services. However, the ownership of physical products obtained by you through legal channels, your personal property under the account, and other rights and interests otherwise specified by QuickFox are excluded.
8. Tourist mode
8.1 Since the Apple App Store channel allows non-registered users to purchase super VIP services through tourists, the membership service will be bound to the device you used to purchase the membership, and the super VIP service will only be available on the bound device, and some membership benefits may not be available because you use the tourist mode (such as participation in events). If your device is lost, damaged, system upgraded, restored, cleared or other similar actions, it will cause you to be unable to continue to use the super VIP rights bound to this device, and you should bear your own losses caused by this.
8.2 QuickFox hereby recommends that you follow the instructions on the page to bind your QuickFox registered account, so that you can use membership benefits on other devices you own and better enjoy the membership benefits provided by QuickFox.
4. Member rights and additional fees
1. Super VIP benefits
Special note on the membership benefits given by "Super VIP": If you are a QuickFox super VIP, QuickFox will also give you other QuickFox-owned or cooperative membership services. The specific types of membership benefits, the specific content of such membership benefits and the rules of use (including applicable device terminals) are subject to the relevant membership agreements and/or page descriptions. Your aforementioned membership benefits will be directly provided to the relevant membership account bound to your mobile phone number bound to your super VIP account (for example: your QuickFox super VIP bound mobile phone number is 12345678900, then your QuickFox super VIP benefits will be directly provided to the super VIP account bound to your mobile phone number 12345678900), and the validity period starts from the day you open the QuickFox super VIP service (or upgrade to QuickFox super VIP), so QuickFox hereby Kindly remind you, please remember to use it in time.
2. Equipment and system differences
After you become a super VIP, there may be differences in the specific benefits or service content that are actually available due to differences in the software version, device, operating system, etc. you use and other third-party reasons. You express your understanding and will not pursue or exempt QuickFox for any inconvenience that may be caused to you. QuickFox recommends that you try to solve the problem by upgrading the version of the application or operating system, changing the device, or contacting QuickFox directly through the methods provided in this agreement.
QuickFox hereby reminds you that you need to meet certain software version, equipment and/or operating system requirements to use QuickFox super VIP benefits. Therefore, QuickFox recommends that you upgrade the application or operating system version in time, or change the device you are using to enjoy QuickFox super VIP benefits smoothly.
3. Virtual products
You may obtain various points, coupons, coupons, vouchers, welfare coupons, growth points and other virtual products provided by us during the process of using the super VIP service. The aforementioned virtual products can only be used for designated purposes announced by QuickFox official channels, and cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or transferred, traded, replaced, mortgaged, etc., and will not be restored after use.
At the same time, please understand that QuickFox has the right to change its use rules (including the validity period) according to the actual operation strategy changes.
4. Event Participation
During the super VIP service period, you have the right to choose to participate in the super VIP activities organized by QuickFox and enjoy various benefits provided by QuickFox. The content and rules of specific activities and discounts are subject to the actual provision of QuickFox.
5. Preferential policies
QuickFox may give discounts such as extensions and rights upgrades to super VIP services that have been purchased at different stages and continue to be valid according to actual operating conditions. The specific preferential policies are subject to the content notified by QuickFox on the relevant service page.
6. Specifications for use
When you obtain and use QuickFox super VIP services (including participating in activities), you should follow the procedures and platform specifications published by QuickFox official channels:
6.1 Do not illegally obtain QuickFox super VIP services (including but not limited to some or all member rights and super VIP accounts) and/or participate in activities to obtain benefits (including but not limited to member rights, virtual products, physical goods, member service redemption codes, the same below) through channels, methods and channels that are not authorized or published by QuickFox;
6.2 Do not participate in activities or obtain benefits through improper means or methods that violate the principle of good faith (such as exploiting rule loopholes, exploiting system loopholes, abusing membership, black industry, speculation, etc. that violate the original intention of QuickFox to provide services/organize activities).
If you violate the above agreement, QuickFox has the right to delete, cancel, clear, etc. the benefits you have received, and has the right to terminate the service to you, and all losses caused by this shall be borne by you.
7. Service period
7.1 The service period of your super VIP service is subject to the service period that you choose and pay for the corresponding membership fee. It starts from the time you become a super VIP. You can log in to the QuickFox super VIP member center for free inquiries. When the membership service period expires, QuickFox will stop providing you with super VIP services; but if you have activated the automatic renewal service and you successfully renew before the service period expires, the membership service period will be extended on the basis of the original service period. You can unilaterally stop the auto-renewal of the auto-renewing super VIP service before the service validity period of the current cycle expires, and QuickFox can also unilaterally stop the auto-renewal service to you according to the needs of the operation strategy. The super VIP service period will end on the date of expiration of the current service cycle.
7.2 Please understand that the Super VIP service period includes the reasonable time required by QuickFox to resolve faults, server repairs, adjustments, upgrades, etc., or to deal with third-party infringements. QuickFox will not compensate/compensate in any form for the time required for the above situations or any losses (if any), but QuickFox will minimize the impact as much as possible.
5. Charges and unsubscribe
1. Fee method
The QuickFox super VIP service is a paid service, and you can complete the payment of the super VIP fee through the payment methods actually supported by QuickFox, such as bank card payment, third-party payment, etc. Please note that if you use your Apple account or the communication account bound to your membership account to make payment, this payment method is a payment method collected by the toll carrier. There may be certain commercial risks (such as criminals using your account or valuable cards such as bank cards for illegal activities) when you pay by this payment method. Such risks may cause you corresponding economic losses, and you should bear all losses by yourself.
2. Fee refund
The super VIP service is an online commodity and a virtual commodity. It adopts the method of charging first and then serving. The membership fee is the price of the online commodity corresponding to the membership service you purchased, not the nature of prepayment or deposit, deposit, savings card, etc. After the super VIP service is activated, you can enjoy seven days of no-reason refund service, and the membership fee will be refunded to your payment account.
QuickFox hereby reminds you that you should carefully check account information, purchased service content, price, service period and other information before purchasing super VIP services (including automatic renewal services).
3. Changes in charging standards and methods
The super VIP service charging standard is independently determined by QuickFox after comprehensive consideration of the company's operating costs and operating strategies (adjustments include but not limited to promotions, price increases, etc.), and will be displayed to you on the relevant product service promotion and payment pages; if the relevant charging method changes when you purchase and renew, the charging method actually supported by QuickFox shall prevail; if the price of the relevant service is adjusted, the currently effective price published on the QuickFox platform shall prevail (except for situations otherwise agreed between QuickFox and you) . If you agree to your continued operation (including but not limited to clicking agree, or continuing to purchase, or completing payment, or using super VIP services, or making additional payments, etc.), it is deemed that you know and agree to the changed charging method and charging standard.
4. Automatic renewal
The automatic renewal service refers to the service launched on the premise that the member has purchased the super VIP service, due to the member's demand for automatic renewal, and to prevent the member from failing to renew in time due to negligence or other reasons. If the member chooses to activate the automatic renewal service, the member authorizes QuickFox to deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of your own recharge account, bound third-party payment account, bank card, communication account, etc. The premise of this service is that you have opened automatic renewal and bound relevant accounts, and can successfully deduct the full amount from the above account.
4.1 Billing cycle: such as monthly, quarterly, annual, etc. (subject to the details provided by QuickFox), members can choose by themselves.
4.2 Automatic deduction rules:
(1) If a member chooses to activate automatic renewal, it is deemed to agree to authorize QuickFox to issue a deduction instruction according to the deduction rules of the payment channel when the membership service period is about to expire, and agrees that the payment channel can deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from the account without verifying the member account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information according to the deduction instruction issued by QuickFox. The rules of automatic fee deduction for the Apple IOS channel are subject to Apple's regulations.
(2) Unless the member or QuickFox voluntarily and explicitly cancels the automatic renewal, otherwise, the automatic deduction is valid for a long time and is not limited by the number of times.
(3) If you do not take the initiative to explicitly cancel the automatic renewal, you will be deemed to agree that QuickFox may attempt to debit from time to time within a certain period of time after the expiration of the membership service period (even if the amount in your account is insufficient) according to the deduction rules of the payment channel.
(4) Once the deduction is successful, QuickFox will activate the super VIP service corresponding to this billing cycle for you.
4.3 Cancellation method:
(1) Apple mobile device terminal: Apple mobile device "APPStore" --> click the avatar of the Apple account in the upper right corner, enter "Account" --> "Subscribe", select "QuickFox" to cancel the subscription;
(2) Android mobile device terminal: temporarily does not support the user to cancel the automatic renewal on the client terminal, and needs to cancel it on the payment platform;
You understand and agree that there may be a delay in displaying the automatic renewal status update, and the details are subject to your renewal status displayed in the QuickFoxAPP. And before you successfully cancel, the deduction instruction that has entrusted QuickFox to automatically renew is still valid, QuickFox will not refund or compensate the fee that has been deducted based on the instruction before the cancellation operation is completed.
6. Your code of conduct and handling of breach of contract
1. During your use of the QuickFox super VIP service, the following behaviors are not allowed:
1.1 Without the explicit authorization of QuickFox, modify the service content, service period, consumption amount, transaction status and other information through technical means;
1.2 Provide the Super VIP service to others through methods not expressly authorized by QuickFox (including but not limited to transfer, gift, loan, lease, sale, transfer);
1.3 Crack, change, counter-operate, tamper or otherwise destroy any security measures and technologies used by QuickFox to protect the Super VIP service;
1.4 Without the prior written consent of QuickFox, delete any ownership or intellectual property rights statement or label on the contents of the Super VIP service;
1.5 Without the explicit authorization of QuickFox, display all or part of the content of the Super VIP service in any public place by means of charging or free of charge (except if your above-mentioned behavior does not constitute infringement);
1.6 Other behaviors that are not expressly authorized by QuickFox or violate this agreement, laws and regulations or regulatory policies, and infringe on the legal rights and interests of third parties or QuickFox.
2. You understand and agree that QuickFox has the right to independently decide to take one or more of the following measures if you have or QuickFox believes that you have any violations of national laws, regulations or regulatory policies, violations of this agreement, or damage to the reputation and interests of QuickFox or/and its affiliated companies:
2.1 If there is a separate clause in this agreement to deal with this behavior, it shall be handled in accordance with that clause;
2.2 Take one or more measures to stop your actions and the consequences of your actions without notifying you, such as deleting/blocking related links or content, restricting/cancelling your account/account usage rights, etc.;
2.3 Interrupt or terminate part or all of the super VIP service without notifying you, and the super VIP service fee you have paid will not be refunded and you will not receive any form of compensation/compensation;
2.4 If your actions cause any losses to QuickFox or/and its affiliated companies, you shall be liable for all losses and complete the payment within the time limit required by QuickFox.
7. Service Interruption and Termination
1. The interruption or termination of this service includes the following situations:
1.1 You take the initiative to request;
1.2 You have or QuickFox independently judges that you have any behavior that violates national laws, regulations or regulatory policies, violates this agreement, or damages the reputation and interests of QuickFox or/and its affiliated companies;
1.3QuickFox is in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, regulatory policies or the requirements of competent authorities;
1.4QuickFox is required for emergency situations such as maintaining account and system security;
1.5 Force majeure (in view of the special nature of the Internet, force majeure also includes hacker attacks, major impacts caused by technical adjustments of the telecommunications sector, temporary shutdowns caused by government regulations, virus attacks, etc. that affect the normal operation of the Internet);
1.6 Other situations that QuickFox cannot resist.
2. When the aforementioned termination occurs, both you and QuickFox agree to the following handling methods:
2.1 The super VIP benefits that have been generated but not used are automatically cleared and will not be discounted;
2.2 If you have an ongoing transaction on the QuickFox platform, QuickFox will handle it reasonably according to the situation;
2.3 Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or as otherwise stated by QuickFox, membership fees collected by QuickFox will not be refunded;
2.4 If the termination is caused by your violation of this agreement, QuickFox has the right to require you to bear the corresponding liability for the breach according to the circumstances;
2.5 Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or otherwise stated by QuickFox, QuickFox does not need to bear any responsibility to you and the third party.
8. Protection of your personal information
1. QuickFox is well aware of the importance of personal information to you, so QuickFox attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information, and also treats and processes your personal information with a high degree of prudence. During your use of the QuickFox super VIP service, QuickFox will adopt relevant technical measures and other security measures to protect your personal information.
2. Protection of minors
QuickFox attaches great importance to the protection of minors.
2.1 If you are a minor, you should read this agreement under the supervision and guidance of your guardian, and you have obtained the consent of your guardian for using the Super VIP service.
2.2 Guardians should guide their children on the safety issues they should pay attention to when surfing the Internet, so as to prevent problems before they happen. If the guardian agrees that minors use the super VIP service, they must apply for consumption in the name of the guardian, and correctly guide and supervise the minor's use of the super VIP service. Minors are deemed to have obtained the guardian's approval when they use the Super VIP service and exercise and perform the rights and obligations under this agreement.
2.3 QuickFox reminds minors to be good at online learning when using membership services, recognize the difference between the online world and the real world, and avoid being addicted to the Internet and affecting their daily study life.
9. Notice
In order for you to know the information related to this Agreement and the Super VIP service, you agree that QuickFox has the right to notify you through one or more methods such as webpage publicity, page prompts, pop-up windows, message notifications, official account notifications, in-site messages, and your reserved contact information (such as mobile phone text messages, emails, etc.). If multiple notification methods coexist, the delivery time shall be based on the earliest sending time among the above methods.
The content of such notices may have a significant beneficial or adverse impact on you, please ensure that the contact information is valid and pay attention to the corresponding notices in time.

Other ways: other feedback channels provided by QuickFox.
We will reply to you as soon as possible after receiving your feedback.
11. Others
1. The entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. In case of any disputes concerning the signing and performance of this agreement, the two parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court that has jurisdiction over the defendant's domicile.
3. If part of this agreement is invalid due to conflict with the current laws of the People's Republic of China, the validity of other parts of the agreement will not be affected.
4. The title of this agreement is only for convenience and reading, and does not affect the meaning or interpretation of any clause in the text.
