You understand and agree that it is your obligation to review these Terms from time to time to stay informed of the current rules and obligations. Notification of any core changes to the Terms will be provided to purchasers via email or this product update. Your use of content or services after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changed Terms.

QuickFox is committed to protecting your privacy and does not collect or log browsing history, traffic destinations, data content, or DNS queries of purchasers connected to our products. 4. Purchase
You may register for QuickFox Services on this Product. By purchasing the Services, you agree to become a Purchaser for the period you have selected. A complete list of purchase plans and pricing is available on the Product. QuickFox reserves the right to modify purchase fees or to institute new fees at any time upon reasonable advance notice posted on the Product or sent via email. Any changes in pricing will not affect the Purchaser's current purchase period and will be effective upon renewal purchase.
Plans automatically renew at the end of the billing period if supported by your payment method. By default, the renewal period is the same as the billing period of the original purchase. The purchase fee will be automatically charged to your last selected payment method. If you want to stop automatic renewal, you can log in to this product and turn off automatic renewal. By default, automatic renewal is enabled when you use a payment method that supports automatic renewal, and is turned off when you use a payment method that does not support automatic renewal.
5. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with QuickFox's service and paid by credit card, you can contact us at any time to cancel your purchase. Alternatively, you can request a refund within 3 days of the order date. To submit a refund, please contact us through Customer Service. This process takes 7 business days to complete. Please note that only credit card payments support the 3-day money-back guarantee, other payment methods do not support the refund policy.
If you choose a refund, please submit the following information to customer service: QuickFox valid account number; Your credit card number; The reason for the refund; If a malicious refund occurs, we will submit your information to the credit blacklist system, which may reduce your credit and have a negative impact on your future payments and purchases.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your QuickFox account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your account without your authorization, you are advised to notify us immediately so that we can revoke your account credentials and issue new ones.

Upload, download, post, copy, or distribute any content protected by copyright or any other proprietary right without first obtaining permission from the owner of the proprietary content. Upload, download, post, copy, or distribute any content that contains sexual or physical depictions of minors. Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other subscriber from using or enjoying the Services. Attempt to access, probe, or connect to a computing device without proper authorization (i.e., any form of "hacking"). Attempt to compile, use, or distribute a list of IP addresses on which QuickFox operates and the Services. Use the Services for any other purpose other than a lawful purpose.
7. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, QuickFox grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to download and use the Software. Modification, distribution to unauthorized parties, reverse engineering, or other use of the Software in any manner without the express authorization of QuickFox is strictly prohibited.
Unless you obtain the express written consent of QuickFox, any use of any material protected by QuickFox's intellectual property is prohibited.
8. Third Party Websites
QuickFox may provide you with content belonging to third parties or links to third-party websites. QuickFox is not responsible for the availability of content provided by third parties, as they are not controlled or monitored by QuickFox, and they may have different terms of use and policies. Your access to any website, service or content provided by a third party through our Services does not imply any relationship between QuickFox and such third party.

We will endeavor to prevent interruptions in the Site and Services. We may, at our sole discretion, impose usage or service limits, suspend service, terminate accounts, or block certain uses to protect users or the Service. The accuracy and timeliness of the data received cannot be guaranteed; delays or omissions may occur.
QuickFox reserves the right to investigate matters that we believe violate these Terms. We may (but have no obligation to) in our sole discretion remove, block, filter or restrict any material or information that we believe actually or potentially violates the restrictions set forth in these Terms, as well as any other activity that could expose QuickFox or our customers to liability. QuickFox is not responsible for our failure to prevent the transmission of such material or information through the Services and/or computing devices.
Quickfox only provides network acceleration services to users. You should ensure the legality of any content uploaded, stored, or accessed during the use of this software and service, and ensure that the content does not violate any laws and regulations, does not violate public order and good customs, and does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights or other legal rights. Any intellectual property disputes and other disputes related to the content you upload, store, or access will be resolved by you and the relevant parties and you will bear all responsibilities. It has nothing to do with Quickfox. If Quickfox suffers any losses as a result, you agree to compensate in full. If this platform receives any complaints or objections regarding the legality or ownership of the content, it will have the right to delete the relevant content without notifying the user.
Quickfox once again reminds you: Please be sure to download the quickfox software through the Quickfox official website or from regular application market download channels. Do not download the quickfox software through a link sent to you by a third party. If you download the quickfox software through a link sent to you by a third party, and the downloaded software contains security risks such as viruses or Trojans, causing you financial losses, the responsibility will be borne by you and has nothing to do with quickfox.
10. Limitation of Liability
QuickFox assumes no responsibility, and shall have no liability to any user or other person, for any loss or damage resulting from: the failure or interruption of any product or service; any act or omission of any third party involved in making the product or service or the data contained therein; any other cause related to your access to or use, or inability to access or use, any part of the product or its contents; your interaction on the product or service; your failure to comply with this Agreement; the cost of procuring substitute goods or services; or unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, whether or not the circumstances giving rise to such causes are within the control of QuickFox or any vendor who provides software, services or support for the product or service. In no event shall QuickFox, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, members, officers or employees be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages or any other loss or damage of any kind, even if they have been advised of the possibility thereof. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
11. Final Provisions
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the provision, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
